(Agence Ecofin) - Avec l’arrêt des investissements du fonds Pan-African Investment Partners II Fund (PAIP II) en 2010 et le départ l’année dernière de son Chief Investment Officer, Panos Voutyritsas, la société de gestion Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management a entamé sa restructuration en se concentrant sur la gestion de ses sorties avec la cession récente d’Holdings Letshego, une société de services financiers du Botswana.

La société de gestion avait été crée en 2004 par le prince saoudien Al Waleed bin Talal, le gérant américain Zephyr Management et Kofi Bucknor.

Les dernières participations détenues sont : Mixta Africa, Thunnus Overseas Group, Consolidated Infrastructure Group Limited, First Hydrocarbon Nigeria Limited.
